American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Cares Act Reporting and Compliance

Annual reporting is required for Tribes that received less than $30 million of Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CSLFRF). CSLFRF resources can be used through 2026. Tribes must stay in compliance and file their annual reports. Please add the following reporting deadlines to your calendars:

4th Annual Report Due

for the period covering April 1, 2024 – March 31, 2025

The CARES Act reporting deadline for Cycle 8 (January 1 – March 31, 2022) was April 11, 2022. Please ensure your quarterly CARES Act report is filed. You are still required to submit a quarterly report even if your corporation or tribe has used all the funds. Reports can be filed by logging into www.grantsolutions.gov.
