Description
The Tribal Electrification Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Interior: Indian Affairs, seeks to address the critical need for access to reliable and sustainable electricity while promoting economic development, environmental sustainability, and climate resilience in Indian Country.
Eligible Uses:
- The provision of electricity to unelectrified tribal homes through zero-emissions energy systems
- Transitioning electrified tribal homes to zero-emissions energy systems
- Associated home repairs and retrofitting necessary to install the zero-emissions energy systems under (1) and (2)
