Gage Hoffman is one of the three Navigators for the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta. The Lower Yukon villages are his primary responsibility.
Gage was a decorated student-athlete at Bethel Regional High School, winning the Alaska State Wrestling Championships twice. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. Gage works out of Bethel, where he recently served as the Director of Communications for the Association of Village Council Presidents and currently sits on the Executive Board for the Orutsararmiut Traditional Native Council. He is an avid hunter and fisher, and newly minted bush pilot. Gage previously worked for the Yukon Kuskokwim Health Corporation. He is enrolled to Orutsararmiut Native Council (Bethel), and is a shareholder of Calista Corporation and Bethel Native Corporation.
As the only Navigator who presently resides in rural Alaska, Gage understands what this once-in-a-generation federal investment means for the YK Delta.
